Exhibition Booth Design Malaysia
Exhibition environments developed from the visitor journey to the fabrication conversation. Hijau1 connects measured constraints, spatial planning and photorealistic views in one clear design direction.

What the work includes

From brief to handoff
Measure & align
We organise the event requirements, site information, brand priorities and operational needs into one working brief.
Plan & visualise
The footprint, visitor flow, form, graphics and material direction develop together through plans and 3D views.
Resolve & hand off
The approved direction is prepared for stakeholder presentation and detailed discussion with the appointed fabricator.
Quoted from the booth brief
Investment depends on footprint, event requirements, level of technical development, number of views, revision stages and whether fabrication coordination is required.
Share the source material, required outputs, deadline and decision process. Hijau1 will return with the smallest useful scope and a written investment.

Questions before we begin
What information is required for a booth quotation?
Provide the event brief, allocated footprint, organiser guidelines, brand assets, required functions, deadline and any available measurement drawings.
Does Hijau1 fabricate the booth?
Hijau1’s published work covers spatial planning, design and visualisation. Physical fabrication and site installation should be confirmed separately with the appointed production partner.
Can you work with an appointed contractor?
Yes. The design can be prepared for structured discussion with the client’s fabricator, subject to the coordination responsibilities agreed in the proposal.
Can the booth include interactive presentation content?
Yes, where appropriate. Hijau1’s spatial and digital disciplines can be combined when the brief includes screens, motion, interactive presentation or event storytelling.
